Freshly squeezed juices aren’t just refreshing, they also boost your body with vitamins and antioxidants. Here are five simple recipes of delicious juices that are perfect after a workout or a visit to the sauna.
Pink orange juice with ginger
1 orange
1 dl strawberries
1 carrot
1 small piece of ginger
If possible, use cold fruit (from the refrigerator). Run everything through the juice extractor and serve immediately.
Smooth raspberry smoothie
1 dl raspberries and blackberries
1 avocado
½ dl of almond milk
1 tbsp flaxseed
If you choose to use frozen berries instead of fresh, the drink will be more like a sorbet. Run all the ingredients through the mixer and serve immediately.
Refreshing strawberry juice with mint
2 dl strawberries
1 lime
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
Peel the lime. Run everything through the juice extractor and drink immediately.
Green antioxidant-kick
2 dl spinach
1 orange
½ banana
First run the orange through the juice extractor and then mix the juice with banana and spinach. Drink and enjoy!
Sunny melon drink
¼ watermelon
1 handful of mint
2 cm ginger
Run everything through the juice extractor and serve with ice or run through the mixer with an ice cube or two for a more sorbet-like consistency.
