An aquarium on land? No, a ‘semi-autonomous sauna’!



This sauna is located on an island off Estonia. It might not be your cup of tea if you’re on the shy side, but it’s a strikingly beautiful construction.

This sauna, labeled ‘semi-autonomous sauna’ by architects Indrek Allmann and Tarmo Miller, is a stand-alone sauna separate from the main residential house.

Not only does the glass construction provide uninterrupted views of the sea - it will actually transform the solar energy into heat which is maintained by the stone floor.
