This unique construction is a multi-level raft built from recycled material, by a group of friends in Finland.

Can you imagine a better place to hang out on warm summer days? And this innovative, recycled raft also offers the perfect place to get warm after your winter swim, thanks to the onboard sauna. The raft was built in 2012 in the town of Joensuu, on board you will find both a BBQ, hammocks and an observation tower from which you can admire the surroundings. The roof has also been home to picnic tables, and the occasional trampoline, since it was first built

The raft is built on top repurposed plastic containers that keep it afloat, and it is powered by a small outboard motor. If you’re planning a visit to Finland, why not rent it for a day or two - you can get in touch with them through their Facebook Page.
